How to place an order?

  • Request an Invoice to Track Quote/Order Details.
  • Text 346-327-4467  When you first message me please include your email address so I can send you the written quote. (no sales emails are event sent to you)

  • Schedule a Business Consultation
  • Call 832-713-7767 I will take down all of your order details. I will then call you back with your quote and options. (80% of time custom work is required besides printing along and  there for quotes are not available over a phone call)

After Quote

You will receive an invoice to keep track of all of your order details. You can make partial payments on the invoice.



You will receive 1 Quote/Invoice with Payment Breakdowns this will allow you to pay for the Design, Then the *Products in 2 Payments.

(Design payments are due in full before any work is done)

(There are no templates to select from, feel free to send samples on what you'd like your design to look like)


After Design

You will go back to your Invoice and make the payment as required.

  • 50% Due When Before Going in To Production
  • 50% Due 1 Hour Before you arrive to Pick Up or have it Delivered (Unless Paying in Cash)

Delivery Method

  • Items can be Picked up in East Aldine. Monday-Sunday 8am to 8pm. Simply check with me 1hour before and pick up at your convenience.
  • Items can be delivered for a fee with in a 35 mile radius. Some purchases qualify for Free Local Delivery on Orders over $149.
  • USPS Priority 1-2 Day Shipping $25. Feel free to ask me about Free Shipping on select items.
  •  If you are having your Signs/Decals Installed by My Houston Pro, I will deliver and Install at your Convenience Monday-Friday 10am to 7pm

Standard Turn Around Times

  • 1-2 Business Days; CUT OFF TIME: 11:00 AM
  • 2-3 Business Days; CUT OFF TIME: 4:00 PM
  • 3-4 Business Days; CUT OFF TIME: 8:00PM

Rush Production Times

  • Instant Production; CUT OFF TIME: 2:00PM -Pick up in 3 Hours
  • Same Day Production & Pick Up; CUT OFF TIME: 11:00AM -Pick up Same Day at 7:00PM
  • Same Day Production & Next Day Pick Up; CUT OFF TIME: 11:00AM    Pick up Next Day 1:00PM
  • Next Day Production & Pick Up; CUT OFF TIME: 11:00AM -Pick up Next Day at 7:00pm


Not all pick up times are available for all products. Too see if the item you are requesting qualifies for rush production. Please visit my Online Store for that Specific Item.

*Production Time Does not include additional time to prepare for pick up and or delivery.

**If you approve your Design, Order and/or Pay after the cut off time on your selected turn around time,  your job won't be reviewed until the following business day. (1 day delay)

***Production Time Begins After your order is paid up to 60% and after your design is approved for printing. (Uploaded Designs will print as-submitted unless you pay the $10 fee for Digital Proof Review. (I will check bleed, size, dpi, colors, not grammar or spelling) No adjustments are ever made to uploaded designs without a fee.

Returns/Warranty

All sales, and payments are final and non-refundable. No Exceptions.

  • All work comes with  15 Day Warranty. I will repair or replace defective products with in this time period.
  • No Reprints on Fuzzy, Blurred Images you Upload. You must upload high quality images. We can do a Digital Proof review for a $10 fee to verify that your images are set in high resolution and your design is Print Ready.
  • Please make sure you have followed all design guidelines prior to making any payments.
