1. Ways to Order/Quote

1B- Text or Email me for a quote.

1C- Call me, I will take down all of your order details. I will then call you back with your quote and options.

1D- Submit A Print Request Form Here

2. After Your Quote

2A- Upload your Print Ready Design Here

2B- Pay For Basic Print Design.

2C- Use My Houston Pro's Online Design Tool. 

2D- Pay for Graphic Design.

3. Check Order Status

4A- After Approval and Payment is received you will have your project number. You can track your order here.

(Turn Around Time Begins At This Time, Orders Approved/Paid after 10am are processed the following business day)

4B- You will receive an email or text message when your order is complete and ready.

4. Delivery Method

5A- You can Pick Up Your Items Mon-Sun. Just check with me for the best pick up time.

5B- You can have your Items Delivered to your door. Mon-Sat. Check with me for delivery hours. *fee may or may not apply

5C- If you are having your Signs/Decals Installed by My Houston Pro, I will deliver and Install at your Convenience.

  3. I E-Mail you an Invoice for your receipt and for you to make payments online. (no paypal required)

After your Design is approved, all Balances must be paid in full before going in to Production, Unless otherwise stated on your invoice.


All payments are final and non-refundable. 

  • All work comes with  15 Day Warranty. I will repair or replace defective products with in this time period.
  • Please make sure you have followed all design guidelines prior to making any payments.

Price Match Requirements

My Houston Pro has the right to deny any Price Match that does not meet our Business Concept. I will price match local shops in the Houston Area and TEXAS. Price match must be for the same thing including but not limited too, Turn Around Time, Design Options, Printing Options, Material, Stock, Finishes, Brand, Size, etc etc... You must provide a written or e-mailed quote. I will price match to the exact manner.

My Houston Pro Coupon Policy

Limit one coupon per transaction, per customer, per day. Coupon Codes are not valid on Permanent Signs, Vehicle Wraps, Blank Signs, or products with Free Printing Design.
Coupon Codes are for online purchases made directly from my ONLINE STORE.


Delivery and Shipping varies by the Product. I offer Free Shipping and Delivery on Various Products. You can visit ONLINE STORE for detailed pricing.

Production Times

Standard Turn Around time is 2-3 Business Days to check turn around time on a specific item you can find it under item description on the online store. Rush Production is Available for an additional fee. Cut off time is 10am. Payments/Orders/Approvals after this time will be processed the following day. There is no production on Saturdays or Sundays. Unless you are paying for Same Day Service.
